I think this is not an answer to my question. I am creating application installer using WiX which should install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) - 14.42.34438 automatically on an user machine if it doesn't exists. In order to do so I need to feed some data into the installer and I can't find relevant data about:
- DownloadUrl in a form of a forward link
- CertificatePublicKey
- CertificateThumbprint
- Hash

There is no solution for creating a link to that exact version of the C++ Redistributable, because when Microsoft update the C++ Redistributables, the older versions are deprecated and no longer available on the same link, can you not upload a copy of that redistributable to some cloud service like OneDrive... etc. and provide a link to that in your installer.

For me they are at
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Community\VC\Redist\MSVC
Do note that %VCINSTALLDIR% only works in the Visual Studio Developer Command Prompt. That should be located under the Visual Studio XXXX folder in your start menu or it can be launched directly from inside visual studio. You can then enter
cd %VCINSTALLDIR%
in the terminal to get where the directory is located on your machine.
According to Github/Microsoft Visual C++ Files are in %VCINSTALLDIR%Redist\MSVC\v143 folder.
The easiest way to locate the redistributable files is by using environment variables set in a developer command prompt. In Visual Studio 2022, the redistributable files are in the %VCINSTALLDIR%Redist\MSVC\v143 folder. In the latest version of Visual Studio 2019, you'll find the redistributable files in the %VCINSTALLDIR%Redist\MSVC\v142 folder. In both Visual Studio 2017 and Visual Studio 2019, they're also found in %VCToolsRedistDir%. In Visual Studio 2015, these files can be found in %VCINSTALLDIR%redist<locale>, where is the locale of the redistributable packages.

I'm just updating our package for VC redist.
Why are some clients not updating automatically to the latest version? How can this be managed?
MS mentions, that x64 Package will also update x86 package. But in Controlpanel and some places in registry, there is still the old x86 Version entry. only running x86 and x64 installer will update it. But there is only one vcruntime140.dll in system32 that's upgraded - even with the x64 installer only.

You can download the latest version of Visual C++ redistributable from this page.
Please note that you cannot download a specific version of the library, only the latest version. Once installed, it should update alongside other Windows updates. To do so, right-click Start->Settings->Windows update->Advanced options, and enable "Receive updates for other Microsoft products".

Try uninstalling using Fix It
Well, you can do the following to uninstall all visual C++ from your computer using Microsoft FIx it application to completely uninstall visual C++ after uninstallation.

Open the on command(admin) prompt and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth , wait for the process to finish and restart the PC.
Reinstall using Visual C++ AIO after download extract the install.bat file right click run as administrator.
