What the H do I do with this wall?
Videos
Hi! First thank you so much for reading my post and any advice you might offer!!!
I was hoping for doing something on this wall. My initial thought was to create a gallery wall. I've included a picture of the wall with some red blocks to show where I'm looking to put the pictures, but that's just so you can see which wall.
I went ahead and purchased five frames (frames are also pictured. There 3 wood frames (13x17) and 2 gold frames (12x16). I can purchase more of the gold frames, but there are no more of the wood frames. I can also return these if these just won't work with this wall/plan, but i did get a good deal on them so i was hoping to make it work.
I'm far from an expert and I am just not very creative :/ ... So, i was hoping to get some ideas from experts for how to do something nice on this wall. For awareness, this is kind of a breakfast/dining area. It's the only eating area in the house and it's combined with the kitchen (I've included a picture of the kitchen just in case you wanted to see that as well). I took a stab at creating some options for a gallery wall (pictured), but I'm not sure if any of those are even in the ballpark of looking nice. As a note, the option labeled Option #4 requires that i purchase two additional gold frames. If you have a completely different suggestion, i would really appreciate any pictures you might have or links because I don't have the vision to find what looks nice.
As a note, I have been in this house for about a year. I have been trying to pay off a big remodel we did right before I moved in. The house was designed as a mid-century modern home, but one of its previous owners fell in love with the tuscan 90's style thing and did a remodel in the 90s. So, I had to do some extensive work in re-doing the floors, cabinets, counters, etc. If you see anything else in any of the pictures you'd suggest please let me know---I want to make the house look nice. I am also open to criticism on any of our design choices I've made (especially if they are constructive and Icould look into fixing!)
Thank you again for any suggestions/advice you might be willing to share!
