I'd exercise a bit of caution before buying MIlwaukee tools on Ebay in general - especially the batteries. Lots of counterfeits - especially on the batteries. Some can be legit, but anything Milwaukee on Ebay should be scrutinized more before purchasing... Answer from Key_Mastodon_3525 on reddit.com

So i know black friday deals across the board have gotten worse the past couple of years but is this it? does anyone know if home depot will have any better deals the day or week of? i feel like theyre pretty bad this year. last year wasnt spectacular but the free tool deal definitely had more options. i usually try to wait till this time of year and stock up on all the tools i want/need and not sure if this is as good as its going to get or if i should hold out till next month

r/MilwaukeeTool on Reddit: Milwaukee Tools Black Friday Sales, ever better than current 25% eBay promo?
September 1, 2025 -

Today’s the last day for that 25% off promo on eBay that applies to a bunch of Milwaukee kits and batteries I’ve been eyeing.

I noticed it even works if you buy multiple units, which surprised me.

Do Milwaukee dealers ever go much lower than that during Black Friday?

From what I can recall, most promos hover around 15–20% off, even on eBay itself, so this might already be as good as it gets.

Does anyone remember any major Milwaukee Black Friday deals from previous years - whether on eBay or from other dealers - that beat this kind of discount?

Guess I’ve got until the end of the day to decide whether to pull the trigger now or gamble on Black Friday being better.

Is the screenshoted a good deal at $599? Does anyone have experience with these combo tools? are they worse? I'm getting ready to start a handyman business and want to upgrade to M18 from Ryobi. It includes 2 M18 XC5.0 Battery. Does anyone know of better kit deals?

Here are the actual model numbers: "The MILWAUKEE M18 9-Tool Combo Kit includes the M18 1/2 in. Drill / Driver, M18 1/4 in. Hex Impact Driver (2656-20), M18 HACKZALL Recip Saw (2625-20), M18 Multi Tool (2626-20), M18 Brushless 1/2 in. High-Torque Impact Wrench w/ Friction Ring (2666-20), M18 6 ½ in. Circular Saw (2630-20), M18 4-1/2 in. Cut-off / Grinder (2686-20), M18 Compact Blower (0884-20), and M18 Work Light (2735-20)."

r/MilwaukeeTool on Reddit: Best deals (between Black Friday and Christmas) and advice
October 6, 2024 -

Hi , I’m pretty new to the Milwaukee community, my first purchase was actually on Black Friday i bought a socket set.

But over the last few weeks been looking at different tools and specifically at a drill , driver and impact wrench

Are there still deals going on and are the deals still at the prime price ?

And I’m pretty torn between the m18 vs the m12 , I only want to have to worry about one set of batteries, the impact wrench I plan to use for auto use so leaning towards the 18 but I do generally prefer smaller more compact. I’m a DIYer so don’t need crazy overkill stuff but don’t ever want to feel underpowered or not prepared

Any recommendations between the the 2 lineups and what tools to go with for a drill , driver and wrench for the holiday season?

Thanks in advance!

M12 drill and impact driver kit if you really want a drill: $179 Honestly, I would recommend the ratchet and impact driver combo instead. The ratchet is great for car work, and the impact driver makes a great drill if you buy impact hex shank bits. Kit is $199 . That's the kit I got last year to start my M12 collection. I got the M12 install driver next, instead of a drill. I don't regret skipping a dedicated drill. M12 Gen 2 stubby will put out close to mid torque power (550 ft-lbs) with a 5.0 High Output battery. The stubby was just on sale for $155 with a battery. That deal might come back again. Keep an eye on the deal of the day, maybe set a Slickdeals alert, it sold out fast. The M12 Fuel line has plenty of power, they are very capable tools, that are light and compact.

If you're light duty the m12 stuff will cover you for most any small maintenance task. The drill/impact driver are plenty powerful for most things, plus they have the gen 2 stubby and a bunch of other options for rachets and mechanics tools that will come in handy for automotive no matter your experience level. In my opinion, I would say stick with the fuel stuff if you plan on using them pretty regularly, they're more powerful than you might think when paired with the 5.0 high output. It's not a terrible idea to let your tool collection grow as you progress in experience. If you need a bigger impact for removing stuck bolts or saws for cutting lumber down the road, you can always get into some m18 stuff later. The regular m18 chargers usually have a m12 slot as well, so it isn't too hard to keep up with both systems as your collection expands.

September 23, 2024 - Yea I always find it funny they call them Black Friday deals or even holiday deals but they span into February. Continue this thread ... Thanks for sharing this link. Saves me from having to take photos of all of the current deals at the store. ... The free Forge 8.0 deal was supposed to be live 10/28 but it's been live since the 21st. I have not seen any advertising in store though. There are a few more options online than on the flyer. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-M18-18V-Lithium-Ion-REDLITHIUM-FORGE-XC-8-0-Ah-Battery-Pack-48-11-1881/329791962

I'm a 20yo that has been in construction for about a year. I bought a five tool kit that I have been using that got me about everything I had to have, but it's about time to upgrade. I have the fuel impact and drill, so I'm good on that front, but I would like to take advantage of the Black Friday sales. I don't want to spend a ton of money, but I'm willing to get a couple deals, or some of the combos. Anything including a good skill saw, or maybe some more batteries. If anybody has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

These are the new deals happening soon towards end of October through February. One thing I see that looks good is the rolling drawer will be included in the BMSM deal starting November 2nd.

A good friend of mine works with the Milwaukee sales team and got sent these. Sent me a whole PDF, but idk if it's supposed to be shared or not 😂, don't want him to get fired so I just screen shot the 3 main ones.
