Milwaukee M18 Fuel Grinder Review – Tools In Action – Power Tool Reviews
May 3, 2017 - Now if you know me, you know I am a huge fan of Milwaukee for a number of reasons. However, I was never a big fan of their M18 grinder. While it did the job, I had problems with the Overload Protection and how easy it would kick on. Well guess what, Milwaukee made some changes and made this grinder a winner.

Our review of the FUEL, and comparison with the standard M18 Grinder. Milwaukee Fuel M18 Grinder Review - Home Fixated
May 28, 2014 - As we found with the other recent Fuel reviews we’ve done recently, the power coming out of these cordless tools is pretty stupefying. Despite the tool sporting overload protection, we didn’t once see it kick in. That’s something that very few, if any, cordless grinders can boast. If you are already in the M18 lineup, or if you have budget to get into it, we highly recommend the Milwaukee M18 Fuel Grinder.

Milwaukee M12 Fuel right angle die grinder | Festool Owners Group
November 3, 2019 - Has a 1/4 inch chuck and takes all the M12 batteries although a higher capacity one is better like 4.0 or 6.0 Paired with 2 inch rolocs it is a joy to use. Light, one handed operation and good control over working with a bigger angle grinder. Quiet compared to a regular grinder and doesn’t ...

r/MilwaukeeTool on Reddit: How is the M18 fuel angle grinder?
August 27, 2023 -
Looks really bulky and awkward to hold honestly. I’m considering ordering it over buying another cheapo corded one. I’m a DIY weekend warrior not a craftsman. I already have a ton of batteries. Worth it or nah? I see the 2880-20 on Amazon for about 100 bucks.

I have the 5 inch and my only gripe is that there’s no top position for the grip handle. Other than that no issues. Performance is great (I love the rapidstop feature) and as long as you have a few high capacity batteries charged up at any given time you can get through some serious work with it.

Anyone have a Milwaukee cordless grinder? - Miller Welding Discussion Forums
September 12, 2012 - I have a Sawzall, three circular saws (found two at a local thrift store for near nothing), 1/2" drive impact wrench, angle grinder, drill, and worklight. All well worth the purchase. I charge mine off an inverter plugged into the truck cigarette lighter. ... I have the milawaukee m18 combo kit and with the new "fuel battery" they have I can grind from about 5 minutes continously.

Milwaukee M18 "fuel" grinder review | The Garage Journal
November 23, 2017 - But 90% of the time I use the cordless Milwaukee. It's not as strong but the convenience over weighs that. I highly recommend these for almost everybody unless you're doing heavy production. And working inside my shop or the backyard I always have enough batteries charged that it's not a problem. They surely don't last forever in the grinder but I'm more than happy with its performance

July 24, 2022 - If they are anything at all like the DeWalt...which I'm sure they will be then they blow the air grinders into the weeds, unless you need the compact size. Click to expand... This is the thing, I often need it fairly compact where I'm at, but not sure what I will need where I'm going..might wait a while before dropping some cash Annoyingly all my gear is makita, so would mean starting again with milwaukee.

Milwaukee M12 Right-Angle Die Grinder Hands-on Review
December 28, 2022 - It’s easily worth the $319 the right angle kit sells for. I’d even go as far as to say it’s worth taking the step up to the $450 kit that includes the straight and right-angle die grinders for even more flexibility. So if you’re doing serious work in your garage, take a serious look at the Milwaukee.
