December 27, 2025 - The main point of this modpack is to increase the difficulty of minecraft while heavily integrating with create and extending the early and mid game. Makes the progression of minecraft harder by adding a handfull of mods like create and a few addons like farmers delight, immersive aircraft, sophisticated backpacks, waystones, end remastered and a bunch of Yungs structure mods.
In addition to Create, the questline of this pack will lead you through detailed progression of several tech and magic mods, including Industrial Revolution, Ad Astra, Applied Energistics, Botania, and Spectrum.

Good progression modpacks with Create and the standard tech mods?
Create Chronicles is pretty fun and it has some nice quests for Create The Factory Must Grow. Although it kinda misses the standard tech mods. E9E is a really good pack that I liked, I recommend it. But it doesn't really focus on create, it's a combination of both magic and tech. If you play Create above and beyond, which is one of the best create pack, I recommend to play the version newer create called CABIN More on reddit.com

Progression guides for mods?
RotaryCraft and ReactorCraft are actually some of the better mods out there for having a pretty linear progression and being easy to follow once you understand the key mechanic, and that mechanic is power. While it might be overwhelming to look at a gas turbine on day 1 of your world and try to get there, when you actually work up the progression tree to the gas turbine you'll find you have all the supporting infrastructure pretty naturally. If you want, I can write out a guide for you. If you'd rather play through the progression, I'll do a little self-promotion and suggest my custom modpack which has HQM quests to lead you through the basics of RoC progression - check it out here . If you're looking to do it on your own, the super high level view is figure out how to get yourself: HSLA steel, steam engine (side quest - fans and canola farm), gas engine (side quest - grinder), microturbine (side quest - extractor), pulse-jet furnace (side quest - hydrokinetic engines and boring machine), and finally the gas turbine. Building out the ancillary equipment to support each of those machines will take you a long way. In terms of other mods and progression guides in general, well... some are great, some are less so. Packs like Agrarian Skies are very good at introducing you to the mods featured in them which will give you a better idea of how to deal with things in other packs. More on reddit.com

Still new to Create, no idea how to progress what with its ore processing methods
Most brass variants of items have filters. You can automate everything in Create but it requires more creativity than Mek.
Pay attention to the biome (F3, on the left) you start in. If it's bad re-roll the seed. You want one that will spawn useful animals. If you started in a bad seed and need to replace biomes (cheat mode commands). Modifying the level.dat WorldGenSettings > seed value with an NBT editor is left to the reader's choice of tools. I used nbted (command line) to correct the seed (so chunks regen correctly). Then mcaselector to select the starter ship(s) and chunks I'd built in, invert selection, and finally delete all the other chunks to force them to regen. I struggle with picking on what to do next in video games especially Minecraft due to the only resource being constantly needed being food, so I never feel like I know what needs to be done next while I do like solving puzzles and figuring out stuff.
Is there a complete guide on recommended machines to build or at least where to start? I have tried to get into create multiple times but each time I just never know what to do next.
I am sorry if this is a common question this mod seems amazing and I want to enjoy it too, is there possibly a modpack that does this too? I saw the create above and beyond modpack but my computer might not be able to run it and It also calls itself a "challenge pack" when I know very little about the mod. But I believe it has quests and such to help guide the player.

Many of the new items introduced by the Create mod are constructed in part with other Create items. For example, a Shaft requires you to have first made Andesite Alloy. The table below categorizes the Create items into levels corresponding to the order in which items must be built. Building an item at level four will require one or more items from level three and potentially items from lower build levels as well as native Minecraft items.

I've mainly played 1.7 and 1.12 modpacks, and I am ready to play something on a newer version. I want to play with Create and the standard tech mods like AE2, I've noticed addons like Create new age that integrate electricity with create, but I am having trouble finding a progression modpack that integrates these mods together effectively via recipes and quests for example. Just curious if there are any good ones that exist yet.
September 13, 2024 - Create, like most mods, introduces some of its own base materials — Andesite alloy, Zinc, Brass, and Rose Quartz. It also introduces new variants on common ores — crushed, nuggets, and sheets — that you'll use in your creations. In general, you can never have enough Andesite! Mine any that you see. Zinc can be found among the normal ores, while Andesite alloy, Brass, and Rose Quartz are made from materials you'll find anywhere in the Minecraft world.
I haven't seen many progression guides that would give a baseline as to how to get to the end game stuff in a mod. There're a bunch of beginner's guides out there but those usually only cover the basic stuff. I know Minecraft and modding is about creativity and finding your own ways, but I'm pretty sure I'm not alone when I say that I like to have a baseline as to how you can progress through the mod usually. For example something like: When you start out you have to get this and that so you can build a basic generator, which is good enough for these machines. If you want to get to higher tier machines you have to have a good amount of X and process it in Y machine. The new generator gives enough power to comfortably operate these new machines... etc.
Right now Rotarycraft is the mod I wanted to have one of these for. I'm not sure if I should spend the time to automate jet fuel and lubricant production, especially if my main goal is Reactorcraft stuff. I'm not even sure when and how exactly I should get into that.
