hey everyone if your opinion what is the best LGA 1700 mobo that offers ddr5 support and 2 or more m.2 slots?
budget is around $400-500 but if there is something comparable at a lower price ill take it

one of these: ASRock Z790 PG-ITX/TB4: 3 M.2 slots and very good VRMs, 2 Thunderbolt 4 (40Gb/s) ports, 1x Toslink/SPDIF. DDR5 RAM up to 7000 MT/s. MSI MPG Z790I Edge WIFI: 3 M.2 slots and very good VRMs, one of the known boards which can run/overclock DDR5 RAM over 8000 MT/s Finally the ASUS ROG Strix Z790-I Gaming WIFI: 2 M.2 slots (one PCIE5) and very good VRMs, 2 Thunderbolt 4 (40Gb/s) ports, best BIOS options. But it comes with the HIVE gadget and lacks an audio header on the mobo and audio ports on the I/O shield, so your case audio ports are useless and you must use the HIVE docking station on your desk. (All Gigabyte ITX mobos are lacking diagnostic LEDs, so you're in the dark if something does not work, for me a no-go)

The GIGABYTE B760M AORUS Elite AX is a good one but misses diagnostic LEDs so you're literally in the dark if the system doesn't boot. For guaranteed underclocking with a B760 mobo go for the Asus B760-I, it has an option to inject the 104 microcode in the BIOS (to prevent Intel CEP intervening and causing performance drop) More on reddit.com

I have a build that I’m going to transfer to the FormD T1 Sandwich. It’s currently running 12th gen Intel on DDR4 running the Black Ridge. I’m looking to upgrade to DDR5 but ran into many compatibility issues with the Black Ridge not being compatible with the current options of LGA1700 mini itx motherboards out there. Is there any LGA1700 DDR5 mini itx motherboards that will be compatible? If not I’ll probably switch to a Thermalright AXP90-X47 as I hear that cooler is way more compatible.

have you considered sticking with ddr4? 660 and 690 might have a board and choices of 4 or 5 ram. also, gigabyte aorus ultra lite is ddr5 and $160 on amazon right now. that looks low on all sides. one catch with the board is pcie3 slot.

Tried to do research but it seemed every post was a year ago just saying that the market was bad for this set of boards. I don't know if manufacturers have made more boards, but I see a GIGABYTE B760I AORUS PRO, which seem better than the ASRock Z690M-ITX which PL1 limit is 125W, whatever that means.
ASRock Z690M-ITX ($140): 8 phase dr.mos power design
GIGABYTE B760I AORUS PRO ($200): Twin 16+1+2 Phases Digital VRM Solution with 70A Power Stage
I assume even a 16+1+2 is a lot better than 8 phase?
Also, I don't need overclockability, I would look into underclocking though.
