Alright, so I made about three to four purchases from MLB Shop in the past couple of months. Every time I saw the item to purchase, I see "Free Shipping". Cool. And then a discount code, and I might get 20-30% off. Cool. And then I go to pay for the item(s), and inevitably, there is no free shipping option, despite the item (Team Jersey) being $107. And then I notice a handling charge.
After I complete the purchase, one way or another, I am still paying close, if not over, what the initial price was for the item. I say to myself, ahh well, screw it. I really want this, only 2 left in their stock, can't find it locally, it is what it is.
And the next nut kicker, the following day, there is some promotion on the site, to where after you get curious and enter in THAT promo code, the item is CHEAPER than what you just paid for it.
Am I just bad at MLB Shop??? Or am I missing something here?
