Anyone ever had to deal with the customer service at the MLB shop or Fanatics?
To be frank the entire process of the MLB shop was antiquated and ridiculous. Shipping is expensive and slow, sizing is ridiculous (why their sizes are so huge is beyond me), their return policy is strict and limited and now customer service is right on par with the rest of their system. Not to mention that I had to give the computer like 10 wrong responses before they ever got me to a human.
See below for my interaction with a "FanAdvocate" today:

Trying to rep my birds on the road this year but the jersey selection is such utter trash. I just can’t imagine an entity being worse at marketing itself than Major League Baseball. Any suggestions where I can find a wider selection?
