Vertical videos are the new king of marketing as everyone is on mobile, and growing. Also I use SMS much more - have been using call loop . With call loop, you can subscribe to a key word, and as long as you are subscribed, that key word of phrase is yours only. Then you can advertise for people to "text xyz" to your number. To my knowledge sales on mobile are tracked regardless if the customer uses the App or just their mobile browser; this should also work if they put something in their cart on mobile and order it from their browser at home. I'm by far no expert in this, but imo there seem to be some possibilities for "lost cookies": 1) When someone clicks on your link on mobile, but then decides to order from home without putting something in their cart first or 2) if the user set his preference for mobile links to open in the browser instead of the app, but then decides to close the browser anyway and to manually open the App to make the purchase since they have their payment info saved there.
