We're about to re-do a bathroom, and our contractor gave us the advice to purchase Moen faucets because he said their warranty is the best (if not ONE of the best). An example he gave was his mother-in-law had a Moen faucet that ended up having issues down the line due to hard water. He called up Moen and they replaced it under the warranty. Is it that easy (we have hard water and can't do anything about it bc condo)? Have you found that to be the case? Who here is a huge Moen fan and why?
