Our products have a lifetime warranty for the original owner. For a rental or commercial location, this warranty is reduced (and I don't recall the exact number of years it is for). Simply call the customer care line and they will walk you through a few steps to ID the model that you have and get you your replacement parts. More on reddit.com

Had similar experiences with both Delta and Moen. Our kitchen faucet which is probably 10 years old at this point started to leak. Contacted Delta and they sent two new cartridges which solved the issue. Moen covered a failed shower cartridge that was over 15 years old. More on reddit.com

Glacier Bay over Moen? ....never heard that before. Moen's a better brand IMHO. You've either got an absolute dud of a unit that rolled out of the factory completely f'd up....or somehow ended up with a returned unit that your retailer boxed back up and put back out on a shelf. I'd pack it all back up and take it back to the store and get them to swap it all. Moen has a lifetime guarantee so any retailer will simply swap yours or for one new in the box and you can stop f'n around with this messes up one. "This Moen is broken" and done, no questions asked they'll just swap yours for a new one. More on reddit.com

I have never had a kitchen faucet fail in so many ways so quickly... I always purchase the cheapest of parts from the store, and for the most part they last me forever.
This one time I dropped the $120 on a Moen Faucet, cause we wanted that piece of mind of a quality product and that lifetime warranty.
I have never seen a faucet break down so quickly. The Cold water leaks, the hot water has no pressure... aka won't open all the way... The hose for the sprayer has cracked and split open.
And to make it all worse dealing with their warranty is a freaking nightmare.
And though I do understand the need to hold on to a receipt... How the fuck do you offer a "Life Time Warranty" and require a receipt? Who is going to have that 10-20-30-40-60 years later?
Not that I needed to keep it that long. These problems all begin to occur within the first 2 years of having a Moen faucet.

May 24, 2019 - Initially (and this is bad and NOT cool), Moen’s 1-800 number gave callers no choice but to select the option to get a “call back” and afterwards it actually hung up on me after three times of not choosing to get a call back. May be the customer service agents were too busy to take calls?
