Moen engineer here. Granted, I don't work at our call center nor do I work with end customers, but I do know a bit of how we operate. You do NOT need a reciept. Our products have a lifetime warranty for the original owner. For a rental or commercial location, this warranty is reduced (and I don't recall the exact number of years it is for). Simply call the customer care line and they will walk you through a few steps to ID the model that you have and get you your replacement parts. More on reddit.com
