December 18, 2022 - This is the dumbest faucet ever. When batteries die the faucet fails to work. It’s either stuck on or stuck off. This is like a $300 clearly over engineered product. I called Moen awhile ago and they confirmed it will not operate without batteries lol.

The faucet has been turning on and off randomly for the past 4 hours. Sometimes the water runs smoothly and at other times it just spurts out as though someone is turning the water on and off quickly. At one point it didn't turn off and we had to turn off the cold water supply under the cupboard.
