April 12, 2024Trying to install a new Moen 1222 B shower cartridge. According to the instructions provided, I slip the provided little plastic tool over the cartridge end, rotate 45° to the right, and it’ll just slide out, but can’t get it to budge. Will not move either way whatsoever. Any tips?
