As you can probably guess, green is my favorite color and I absolutely love this quilt. I like this green velvet headboard as well and I think the green comforter shown in the picture looks nice, however the quilt I'm thinking of buying is a darker green and a similar material to the headboard (though the quilt is a shiner crushed velvet) is this bordering on tacky or should I just commit to the bit and live life in green? My accent colors are mostly black and some other dark jewel tones (dark purples and burgundy etc) I was also considering a simpler black metal headboard or just a bedframe with no headboard.
