They talk about WW84 and hooo, boy... they roasted it, and deservedly so. Some of the gems from that segment:
-
Andy: "They definitely did a good job showing it to five people -- all of whom should be in the witness protection program -- who were like 'five stars, no notes, what a thrill ride!' I assume they just rented IMAX theaters for these people and then gave them CBD sprite."
-
Chris: "It's literally like watching a movie made by blind chickens."
-
Andy: "There is something appealing about chaos, but Warner Bros. remains committed to the Rudy Giuliani legal team strategy of flooding the zone with would-be krakens and letting the chips fall where they may."
Kinda funny, given the way that Sean and Amanda talked about the movie. Also, some good talk about upcoming 2021 shows, including Barry Jenkins' The Underground Railroad, Station 11, and The North Water which is, according to Chris, a Colin Farrel show about a murderer on a whaling vessel in the 19th century. Sign me the fuck up.
