March 14, 2023 - Others might describe it as quirky, edgy and chaotic, but I find the liveliness and diversity of Camden Market beautiful. I lived in Camden for two years when I first moved to London, and it was the perfect place for a university student. Camden Market is one of the best street food markets in London, as well as selling souvenirs, some vintage clothing, jewellery and all sorts of bits and bobs. The part of the market developed around the old stables is the one I find most intriguing.

January 4, 2021 - Parsons Green is even further away, but it’s still an amazing place to live. There are plenty of delis, little coffee shops and small parks nearby and the area is very pretty as well! Another area that I really like and would definitely recommend is Queen’s Park. Queen’s Park is located on the Bakerloo line, Zone 2 of London and it has the most families I’ve ever seen!

October 29, 2025 - It’s not all quiet and leafy suburbia: Balham’s nightlife is on the up and up, with live music and comedy at renowned local venues (we recommend The Bedford). ... The tree-lined streets and Georgian town houses give a fantastically old style London feel to Highgate, like stepping into Mary Poppins. Next door to the aforementioned Hampstead Heath, Highgate has plenty to offer in terms of beautiful views and sights.

July 7, 2025 - Tucked away as a hidden gem in Covent Garden, Neal’s Yard is a small but striking courtyard filled with brightly painted buildings and independent cafés. The deep blues, oranges and greens of the shopfronts make it one of the most photogenic places to visit in London. Neal’s Yard holds a special place in my heart because Covent Garden was the first neighbourhood I lived in when I moved to London.
