The 2020s have been a goldmine for lacerating, self-deprecating looks at the inner workings of show-business and the construction of celebrity, from “Hacks” to “The Studio” to “The Other Two.” The most brutally raw and intimate of this subgenre, “I Hate Suzie,” cuts deep as a portrait of how the industry chews up and spits out women who dare to be anything less than perfect — and the titular Suzie, played with manic intensity by a brilliant Billie Piper, is the absolute furthest thing from perfect.
