https://www.amazon.com/IOmesh-Black-Universal-Shield-Plate/dp/B08NWFQXMJ You won't find an OEM one since they're built into the case on Lenovo systems. Your best bet is one of the above, which you just cut out around the ports that actually exist on the board, and it will provide some RF/EMI protection. Answer from ThisAccountIsStolen on reddit.com

r/buildapc on Reddit: IO shield not included with motherboard
August 25, 2019 -

I recently bought an ASUS crosshair VII Hero motherboard for my first gaming pc build. I noticed it didn't come with an io shield (if it did I have no idea where it's located) and was wondering if this particular mobo doesn't come with an io shield? I know the importance of an io shield and don't want to statically discharge my pc. The motherboard was bought brand new of amazon and I'm not sure if I should get it replaced. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Missing I/O shield with motherboard - CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory - Linus Tech Tips
May 27, 2017 - I bought an open box motherboard and it didn't come with an I/O shield or SATA cables. I've got spare SATA cables so that doesn't matter, but just wanted to know whether not having an I/O shield is a major problem, or will I be okay without one? Cheers.

ATX motherboards with missing i/o shield...what to do... - Badcaps
March 19, 2022 - If your cutouts line up well with the motherboard ports, simply the motherboard pushing it against the case will keep it in place... or if the board has VGA, serial, or parallel ports, add holes and use the hex nuts on those ports to secure the IO shield onto the board this way (kind of like how some Dell motherboards come with their own non-removable shields attached to the motherboard.)

r/buildapc on Reddit: Motherboard IO shield missing
January 4, 2018 -

So I bought a motherboard from someone on ebay. It was labeled new and when I opened it the IO shield was missing. I was wondering if you guys knew any websites that specialize in that sort of thing. If you need to know the motherboard:

ROG STRIX Z370-I gaming motherboard.

I do not know how that happened but that is my dilemma.

Forgot my IO shield - PCPartPicker
Should I just forget about it or maybe stick it in the wrong way with double sided tape? Idk what to do ... You are going to want to remove the gpu, all of the cables connecting to the motherboard, remove the motherboard, put the I/O shield on and put it all back together.

November 29, 2018 -

Hey guys, I just received my ROG strix z370-e from Newegg. It was open box. I received the motherboard today and started installing the components into it. Just as I was going to install it within the case I realized I never installed the IO shield. I’ve looked in the box and in all the components that it came with and there is no IO shield to be found. What should I do now? Thanks.

June 2, 2024 - You are good. The shield is mostly cosmetic. If you want, look for a replacement i/o shield on ebay. Click to expand... im good lol, you cant tell because of the shroud over the io. Other then that the motherboard is in best condition ive ever bought used, thanks for the help!!!
