So I own a 15 pro max and I already went through 2 cases the first discolored and the second is like silicon similar to the original and it’s getting damaged and peeling off, the only way Id be comfortable spending $60 on a case is if Im confident it will last 4-5 years, but I have seen worrisome feedback on this subreddit

I have a Mous intralock case (I use it for cycling). I was going down a steep hill and hit a massive pothole on a bend that I had no chance of avoiding - at 50km/h. It was a hard hit and my phone flew off my handlebars and must have rolled at least 15-20m from the time of initial impact with the ground. Phone is perfect. Case is a little banged up lol. Worth the money.

I'm looking for a case for my new phone.. first time going iphone since the 4th one.. anyway I tried spigen but the overall case feels cheap.. no grip, the carbon fiber pattern on the back just seems to be printed on.. I've seen thousands of ads from Mous by this point it's kind of hard NOT to see them, so I went to their site and seen they ask for quiet a high price.. but on their reddit they have a lot of QC issues it seems like?
Is it worth the price over any other case?

My original Mous case was a tank. I used it for 4 years, and I honestly loved it. I ordered it directly from the site and it was great. When I got a new phone, it was a no brainer... However, when I received the case it was clearly much shoddier than the original. I spent over $100 on my new order and I was so disappointed. The real kicker is that they let me know I could return the case. I sent it back to them, I got the delivery notification that they received my return. And then they told me a month later that they never actually received it, and that I need to work with the Post Office to prove what happened. It's been months at this point, and they're still refusing to refund my money. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any company, and for that reason alone I will never recommend their products again. The current version of the case is not worth the price, in general, but their scam return policy is a real shit cherry on top. Also, if you Google, you'll see that they pull the same bullshit on other people who return for a refund. If you do decide to order a case, please try and do it through Amazon, just to avoid any possibility of dealing with Mous directly, their business practices are very, very shady. And it sounds like the need to fire whoever is working in receiving, since they magically lose return packages over and over.

I've spent far too much time worrying about this. I bought a Spigen case and an Otterbox. The Spigen was cheap, feels cheap, and offers minimum protection. It is only on my phone until my Mous case arrives. Otter Box went back to the store the same day. It was comparable quality to the Spigen for 4x the price. I have poured over the first hand complaints about Mous. I've also watched youtube reviewers rank it at or near #1. Other cases with comparable protection are either in the same price range, or look awful. Cases that look as nice cost nearly the same and do not offer the same protection. To answer your question, I don't think you can find this combination of protection and aesthetic for cheaper, so if both of those factors are important, it is worth the price.

Both my wife and I have Mous cases. Both are now broken on the back of iphone 13's. The glass by the camera, and entire back of the phone is shattered. I think the cases are trash... I've had maybe 6 different iphones over the years and literally never had any impacts do this - the previous phones being owned during a time when bars were frequented... They suck, I will not buy one ever again.

They are good but if you like more slim cases, you won’t like Mous. Pretty thick

Hello, I'm looking at iPhone 12 cases and found a Mous limitless 3.0 case that has magnets on the back. I am worried that the magents on the Mous case will mess with the camera of the iPhone 12, or possibly the magnets inside the iPhone 12 too. Because, Apple has said in the past to avoid any 3rd party Apple accessories with magnets because it can ruin the camera. The camera has something in them that is sensitive to magnets. If anyone has any experience with the Mous case on the 12. I'd love to hear how it's holding up, and if you have been experiencing any issues.

I came across this question a few moments ago and have also read the Apple document. After consulting Mous Support and reading some posts in forums it was said that those won‘t interfere with the camera. I am also using a Mous Limitless 3.0 Case, Wallet and car mount and can‘t recognize any issues. You should be fine with using it.
