So the wife and I are interested in seeing the Top Gun sequel and we're wondering which theater gives the best experience. The last movie I saw in theaters was 1917 at the Summit. Great movie, less than impressed with the facilities. Thanks for any input!

AMC Dine-In in Vestavia, no question. Reserved seats in recliners (which also have heating). A decent food menu and a full bar. Tickets are pretty much the same price as everywhere else. It's usually pretty clean, although they've of been short staffed recently, so the soda/popcorn areas can get a little neglected during busier times. The theatres themselves are always clean, though. Also, I absolutely hate the original Top Gun, but I really enjoyed the new one. It'll be worth your time and money.

Come on down to The Edge 12, where tickets are only $5.99 all day, every day. I promise you’ll get exactly the experience you pay for. (It’s unironically my favorite place to see any comedy or horror movie though. Go to Luxe or the AMC in Vestavia for anything else)
