Seems to be related to MS 2FA yea. May also have a link with Azure but I can’t tell you what exactly by looking to what I can see on internet. I haven’t found anything on Google saying it’s malicious though. VirusTotal and Joe Sandbox find this website safe and it seems to have a good trust score.
