I'll build my first PC and I plan to buy an MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI ATX motherboard. According to pcpartpicker website, it only supports my CPU if the BIOS version is 7E26v1C or newer. If my board comes with an older BIOS, I’ll need to update it. Can I still install the CPU and try to access the BIOS to flash it, or could that (as I imagine) damage the CPU if it's not supported by the current BIOS version?
I've never flashed a mobo, so I don't really know how's that process...

Hello, Should i update my current bios version(beta) into this latest version? any thoughts or improvements on this?
Hello,
My motherboard will arrive this week, and I wanted to ask you about the feature of flashing BIOS without the CPU and RAM via the MSI flash BIOS feature. Is it okay to do so? Or should I fully build my PC and then flash BIOS? Also, is the latest 7D75v1E stable? My 7800X3D will arrive later than my mobo, so I thought, why not prepare it for the building.
I updated to the latest version of bios for msi pro b650s wifi mb using m-flash but it seemed to update to the same version it came with and not the latest version from the msi website. Am i doing something wrong?
