MSI Claw - Kind of Underrated Now?
I wish they would factory optimize it better. Basically you have to make the U7 a U5 to give the GPU the space it needs to preform optimally and only if you know the magic trick to get into the advanced BIOS. People don’t buy these for a laptop, and Intel and MSI should have thought through the thermal and power load design better to optimize the platform for games. More on reddit.com

The current Claw debut at 750$ for Ultra 7 + 512GB SSD and 800$ for Ultra 7 + 1TB SSD, so the new Ultra 7 AI+ at 800$ but with 32GB RAM + 1TB isn't too bad. Would be nice if it's 750$ to compete better with Ally X, but I guess they can't go that low since Lunar Lake is new stuff (unlike Z1E in Ally X, which has been out for a while and probably got cheaper now). So MSI has announced the new MSI Claw rocking the Z2 Extreme CPU and it looks like it will be coming out first before the Legion Go 2 and Ally 2 but the only main difference that i have seen is that the system will only have 24gb 8000MT/s memory compared to the other 2 systems using 32gb of memory.
