Xbox Full Screen Experience - Claw a1m
A1M ultra 5 - Quick settings button messed up after latest bios update
The new(ish) MSI Center M update might be the best thing to happen for the claw
Checking out the new Xbox Fullscreen Experience on the MSI Claw (with the new BIOS update)

Installed XBFSE on my friends A1M and the built in controller is not working in either the xbox app or the xbox game bar. I'm using the most recent Bios and MCenter releases. Anyone have any ideas or had the same issue?
If you have an A1m and got it working, can you share your settings?
Updated to the latest bios 10F day before yesterday. Since then the OSD and quick settings have been messed up. All Intel drivers are updated. Windows is 23H2. On pressing the button the overlay comes up for a few seconds and then disappears and cannot be interacted with. If I open the game bar app then they're all visible and it works. Will try a few things before thinking about firmware reinstall and bios downgrade and will update here. If anyone has similar issues and solutions please share.
Little late to messing with the keybind update, but getting closer and closer to getting a full console experience on windows, or just basically steamOS whilst still on windows.
Hey Everyone,
I've been testing the new Xbox Full Screen Experience on my MSI Claw 8 Ai+ (the one from the Windows 11 25H2 Insider build 26200.6718 ge_release) and wanted to share my findings, especially since the new MSI BIOS and Center M updates make it even better.
For anyone who's felt that the Windows desktop can be a bit clunky on a handheld, this is a total game-changer.
Here are my main takeaways:
It Feels Like a Real Console: It boots straight into a clean, controller-friendly UI. No more fussing with the desktop to launch a game.
Lighter on System Resources: In my testing, this experience used 1GB to 1.4 GB less RAM compared to running on the normal desktop. While I didn't see huge FPS gains, freeing up that much memory is a big plus.
The NEW MSI Update is Perfect for it: The latest BIOS/Center M update is a must-have. You can now just hold down the MSI Quick Settings button to instantly open the Task Viewer for app switching. This is a brilliant official feature.
Easy Desktop Access: You're not locked in. From the Task View, you can switch to the full desktop with a single click. To get back, you just press the MSI Quick Settings button to open the Game Bar and return to the full screen experience.
I put together a full video that walks through all of these features, showing the UI in action, the RAM comparison, and how to use all the new shortcuts. If you're a visual person, you might find it helpful.
