I recently purchased the X570 Unify and noticed that while in Windows the motherboard continues to cycle Debug Codes starting from the high 50s and cycling down all the way down to the lower 40s. Then it starts back in the 50s and cycles down one by one to the lower 40s. The chipset fan isn't turning on so I don't believe that its showing temps.
I'm not experiencing any issues (yet) and the manual coincidentally doesn't have the 40-59 Debug Codes outlined so I have no idea what they mean.
Anyone have an idea?

That is the CPU Temp. Unless you turn it off in the BIOS once the Board has posted and booted it displays the CPU Temp on the display, which will bounce around in roughly 10 degree sweeps when not doing much.

Ok guys I just now solved this "debug showing 00" and fan speed issue by uninstalling and then reinstalling Dragon Center. Upon reinstall of the Mystic lights component it then prompted me with a diagram telling me I had out of date LED software and that I needed to use a pen to short my LED pins which would then initiate a firmware update (seriously, wtf is this, the year 1999?). The firmware then installed and voila... I had all of my LED and fan speed functionality back. However, that is seriously poor and unintuitive software development from MSI. :)

July 17, 2016 - With all 4 sticks of ram, it will peak at code 50, and constantly flicker between 49 and 50. According to the user manual for the a88x-g45, codes 3F-4F, 50~55 is "Early Memory Initialzation" I have tried resetting the cmos but it has made no difference. If you need more info let me know.

June 2, 2017 - Just a couple of insights Lexmika Not all Qcode readouts are errors however if POST stops at a particular code it is an indication of an error. Qcode 55 means there is no RAM installed. Qcode 30 is not an error and means the system has come out of S3 sleep state.

Im aware code 55 means “Memory Not Installed” but I have no other solution because I’ve rearranged my ram already and nothings happened

So your debug LED has now changed to DRAM? Test with each RAM stick individually, then in the closest slot to the CPU and see if there's any change. Had this same issue this evening with the same motherboard; tried reseating the RAM sticks in the same and new slots, tried each RAM stick out individually in different slots, and even tried taking off my cooler to check for bent CPU pins all to no avail. Read on a MSI forum that you should disconnect all power and then take out the motherboard battery (Resetting CMOS) for a 1 minute minimum and it started right up (after a quick tour through my BIOS, lol) for anyone else dealing with this EDIT: im a shitty speller

It was related to my XMP RAM. when i used OC genie it would automatically apply the XMP setting on my RAM sticks On to 2133mhz BUT the problem was that Corsair had flashed the wrong cas timing onto the RAM.
