So I have a MSI MEG X570 UNIFY motherboard but when I try to add an adapter my pc just says we ran into an error attempting to restart. But when I take the adapter out everything works perfectly fine again.

The adapter I have is the TP-Link ARCHER TX50E AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Bluetooth.

Is there supposed to be some certain way to install it or does it just not work at all?

Hallo! Ich habe das auf r/techsupport gepostet, aber keine Antworten erhalten, daher dachte ich, ich versuche es hier, da ich diese Community zum Aufbau verwendet habe.

Ich habe ein Problem mit Bluetooth auf meinem PC, es ist extrem laggy, selbst bei einem frischen Neustart und beim Öffnen des Windows Explorers... Das geht jetzt schon 3 Jahre so und mir gehen die Ideen und Lösungen aus. Der USB-Dongle hilft etwas, aber es ist immer noch da.

Ich weiß also, dass dies ein Problem mit diesem PC ist, den ich 2021 gebaut habe... Die Maus (Logitech MX Master 3) oder die Kopfhörer (egal welche BT-Kopfhörer) haben auf meinem Arbeits- oder Privatlaptop keine Probleme.

Alle Treiber/BT/WLAN/BIOS sind auf dem neuesten Stand, neu installiert von der MSI-Website, die Antenne ist korrekt angeschraubt, BT ist im BIOS aktiviert... Ich habe sogar Win11 installiert, um zu sehen, ob das das Problem lösen würde (hat es nicht).

Windows Update ist vollständig aktualisiert (habe gerade Win11 und alle Updates durchgeführt).

"Energieverwaltung" ist in allen BT/WLAN-Geräten im Geräte-Manager deaktiviert.

Als Referenz hier mein Build:

-CPU AMD 5950x

-GPU EVGA 3090 FTW

-MOBO MSI Meg Unify x570

-RAM G.Skill Trident 2X16GB

-Monitor ist ein 240Hz ASUS ROG PG279QM

-Lian Li Gehäuse

Ich merke jetzt langsam, dass etwas nicht stimmt. Ich habe diesen PC zum ersten Mal seit über einem Jahr hochgefahren (Baby erwartet, Umzug, jetzt ein Neugeborenes... :D), aber ich möchte diesen Rechner wieder als meinen Hauptrechner verwenden.

Ist es möglich, dass der BT/WLAN-Adapter kaputt ist? Ich habe die I/O-Blende entfernt, aber konnte ihn immer noch nicht finden. Es scheint, als wäre er einfach auf das Mainboard gelötet? Hat jemand mit einem Meg Unify seine WLAN-Karte ausgetauscht?

Edit: Jahre (2011--->2021, lol) und Modelle (4950x zu 5950x). Ich werde ihn öffnen und mir die Rückseite ansehen, um zu sehen, ob die WLAN-Karte da ist, ich werde mich zurückmelden TY

RESOLVED

So I recently built my first PC and choose the X570 UNIFY partly because of its built in wifi capability, but upon booting up my system (with the antenna installed and tightly secured), the wifi and bluetooth simply refused to work.

Upon further investigation, I realised that I didn't have the drivers installed, so I did that, however that didn't fix the problem, and I also noticed that the wifi card straight up didn't show up in the device manager.

Consulting my manual, it said that there's supposed to be an Intel wifi card in the form of an m.2 key e card, however looking at both the specifications and under the m.2 heatsinks reveals that there are no key e slots and not a wifi card in sight.

Is this normal? Do I straight up need to just buy a PCIe wifi card?

EDIT: I took apart the IO cover and unscrewed the wifi card's housing, re-seated the card, and now it works.

Hello I don’t have the original and the Bluetooth connection is really bad :/

Any advice ? I have no idea how to install it
