edit: any score EXCEPT official scores
https://github.com/LibreScore/dl-librescore (ONLY OPTION FOR MSCZ)
Follow the instructions to download and install the app
Run app; copy the URL of the score you want, click the magnifying glass on the top right and paste.
Click MSCZ/MP3/MIDI, whatever you want.
It should show up in your downloads folder.
Import to Musescore
Profit (if you want a specific part, just delete all the other parts/instrument, etc. If you want PDFs for each individual part, there's an option to just do that)
For an easier web-based solution, install the Tampermonkey userscript (some people seem to be able to download mscz's with it, but the official site says it can't.) Once the script is running, you should be able to click Download and it'll just download without asking you to pay.
If you can't use Tampermonkey or it's not working for some reason, install "Music Score Downloader" Chrome/Firefox extension (search it up on the addons store, I'm not linking it), it can download PDF, audio and MIDI but not MSCZ)
u/Dandalf37 pin please, thank you.
I want to download/print the sheets for this piece on musescore, but when I try to download or print it says a premium account is needed. Looking around online it seems like this is a pretty recent change and there are some posts detailing how to print for free but they don't seem to work anymore. I was hoping someone could confirm if there's no way to download for free any more before I start a free trial, which I'd rather save for later when I have more I want to download. Thanks.
I can still download the .pdf from this sheet music. Maybe you only need a free account? I don't have premium on mine.
I would just put on a full-screen view and take a print screen, and then merge the image files of each page in a pdf and print. If the resolution is too low in the full-screen view, you can do the tedious approach of taking a print screen of a few lines at the time and mount the full page by overlapping the separate lines into a single image file.
At least, that is what I do if I want a score from musescore. If anyone knows a better method please let me know.
