Hi,
I recently switched from Windows to Mac. I tried setting up an Apple ID but my billing address keeps getting rejected. The town, street address, phone number, & phone number area code aren't being accepted. In fact, it's as if I'm not entering at all, error prompts are in the form of Please enter your phone number. Has anyone encountered something similar? I can't even make use of apple support because for some reason it directed me to iTunes, which for the above reason I'm not able to log into. I can't find a chat icon, no matter how much I search. Would anyone have any advice please?

The add new card/remove card works! I had to fire up iTunes/Music, go to account settings (bottom of app, tiny link), and there it had my old billing address that I couldn't change. When I went to delete it and add it again, it said no because I have a subscription to something.

Whenever I go to download an app, a pop up appears saying I haven’t finished my Apple account. I click review, sign in, select my country and get to the page where you input a payment method and a billing address. I input my card and billing address and click continue.
