I know the email and the password but for some reason it asks for verification. And it sends the verification to the same account I'm trying to login to. This account isn't open in any device that i have. It was open in my old phone. Which i factory reset and sold. Because I can't login, i click recover account, And it asks for the last password i remember, I put the correct password in and it says:

"You can't recover your account at this time because Google doesn't have enough info to be sure that this account is yours.

If you want to create a new account to use Google's services, make sure that you add a recovery phone or email address and keep them up to date." This account is @hotmail.com so it's very very old But is has some pictures that I really want to have back.

I found a way everyone, go to your gmail account and search for your secondary Google Account and from there you can reset/change/and or alter your forgotten password. The people who work at Google didn't help me at all and many of the videos on Youtube feature bots pretending that the uploader solved the problem. I got back into my second account on June 5th Wednesday 2024 at 6:10pm.
