( For security, and privacy purposes, I never advice storing payment info anywhere. Or any other personaly info for that matter.) If you are having problems with the My Metro app, try this: delete the app (or disable it), then open up a browser and head to the metro pcs website. Enter username and pw, then wait for the system's mandatory 2fa code to arrive in your messaging app, enter that and you will be in your account. From there you can make changes and or pay your bill. Metro PCS also allows users to pay their bill on their website- without needing to log in. Simply navigate to Easy Pay, then enter your Metro PCS phone number and confirm it. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your payment info manually. Either method (logging in, guest, app) should only take a few minutes to complete, though the 'non-app' methods I described can be annoying as their website tends to work sloooowly. You can call metro PCs and submit payment thru them instead if go into a store. I think they charge an extra 2 bucks tho for doing it that way. This suddenly started happening to me in the app too. But I’ve never had any issues calling and doing it that way. Maybe it’s just a scheme to get an extra 2 bucks from their customers.. that adds up! But even better.. this guest pay usually always works for me too and after the app Wouldnt accept any of my attempts at payment, guest oay online did. Here’s the link. I know I’ve used another link and ended up on a different guest pay page and that doesn’t work.. But this one usually always does.. and just submitted my payment thru this link without any issues. Just noticed some new changes:
Stored payment info was removed from all Family Plan phones but one... As well as the option to pay by text.
And on that line the main cc used for years kept getting declined.
On a lark i went into edit the card info- two options to change zip & expiry (those fields are presented blank, not filled btw)- entered both and payment went through. (Credit card the same for years, still has couple of years to go.)
