My Pillow is fined almost $1 million for allegedly making misleading health claims that the pillows can alleviate a variety of sleeping issues and health problems. Consumer Reports has the details.

I am rejecting this response because: As a consumer I think it's a very sad situation that My Pillow response to my complaint is: We do not recognize the Better Business Bureau as a legitimate company. Therefore, we will not be responding to any further communications. Now that I received the bed topper that was ordered December 23, 2024.

January 9, 2025 - Mike Lindell's company MyPillow has been ordered by a Minnesota judge to pay DHL nearly $778,000 for unpaid bills it accrued since 2023.

December 12, 2024 - The lawsuit says "cash-strapped" MyPillow borrowed $1.6 million at a 409% annual interest rate. Lindell has said he doesn't have any money, and at least three MyPillow loans have ended up in court.
