I keep clicking on Manage my Membership and it brings me right back to the membership benefits page where I click on Manage my Membership and it brings me back to the benefits page....... This happens on my laptop and my phone. I want to see info about my prime membership and maybe cancel autopayments but I can't see anything. It feels like such a scam.

I just checked this out on the app on my phone. It's kind-of hidden. When you go into your Prime membership page, right up at the top, directly under your name, there should be a gray bar with "manage membership" on it. It looks like it's just the title of the section, but when you click on it it opens up to show the options you need.

you literally just have to hit Update, Cancel, and more and it gives you the option. you just didnt look....

Just what it says. 3 other members are using my prime, but when I look at Prime Household, it acts like no one is on my account and asks me to add people. There used to be a way to look this up very easily. Can someone help? Thanks

Hope you've found it now but since I was also having issues - ended up getting to it via dropping down from your name in the top right > 'Your Account' > Shopping Programmes sub title 'Amazon Household' > and then in the box on the left, shows you who is part of it.

Odd if they are not in manage household. You could always log off all devices and change the pwrd. See who calls you to get the new one. 🤪
