depends on where they are saved, Samsung has its own password manager build in the device, I am using for example the one from Google Chrome , so for me if I go to the chrome settings and then passwords, once I unlock with my fingerprint then I can access all of my passwords..I guess the same or similar would apply to Samsung password manager...
