I have had mixed success in the past using digital cards from myprepaidcenter.com, and as I understand it, different types of cards may have different success.

Right now, I have 6 cards on there, totaling about $800 in value. The two largest (about $600) are digital visa cards. I have successfully used them in previous months, but since November I have not been able to buy a single thing with them. Here are some things I have tried:

• Refilling Amazon and target gift cards

• Anything with square or paypal

• 4 or 5 of the "approved" merchants listed on the myprepaidcenter.com site

• buying gift cards from the "approved" merchants listed on the site

• funding source for venmo

Any suggestions would be helpful. Sometimes it looks like the orders will go through (Amazon for example...), but then within a few hours I'll get a cancellation.

Some of the "approved" merchants I've tried include: Panera, BassPro, Cabelas, Under Armour, Old Navy, Gap, Pottery Barn, Shutterfly. No luck at any of them - even clicking directly to the sites from the list on the myprepaidcenter.com links.

In the future, I'm going to avoid these virtual visas and go with Amazon gift cards or something similar. I went with the prepaid virtual visas assuming they would be more useful...but that has not been my experience so far.

Over the past year I redeemed SB several times for $25 gift cards. I got the "Your $25 Virtual Prepaid Mastercard is ready" emails and just let them sit, but today decided I would get organized and "claim" them to spend them online.

The "view my gift card code" process sends me to SB site to get the PIN (that part works). I am supposed to use the PIN at myprepaidcenter.com. The myprepaidcenter site is so slow!! It takes a good two minutes sitting on a blank page before showing the redeem form. Entering the PIN code makes me wait again for two minutes before returning "Oops. There's an error on our side. Please try again soon."

I tried logging in to my account. Again it takes forever before giving me the error "There was an error signing in. Please try again later." I was able to reset my password, apparently, but still get the error. Oddly, every time I try to login, I get an email--"Your One-Time Password," but no indication of where I am supposed to enter the six digit code. The login form makes no mention of a verification code.

Reading through posts I understand there was some issue with prepaid cards from SB? Does that have anything to do with my website issues?

I've got five $25 gift cards to use. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

ETA: I have tried different browsers, home wifi, mobile data, no adblocker, confirming the PIN is copied without spaces.

Please bring back Visa Cards Swagbucks. Myprepaid Mastercards have been nothing but trouble.

Hello, a week ago I bought a 10$ Mastercard prepaid virtual card for myprepaidcenter.com. After buying the card and successfully redeeming it to the website I got the card info and tried to add it to PayPal. Billing info correct, card declined. Tried to add it to Amazon (because a lot of people said it worked there) again, declined. Lastly I tried to add it to an e-scooters app which was my main goal but, as expected, it declined again. The following days, i did the same process again and again on the same and more services but got no luck, it kept declining. I also used different countries like USA and Canada which the website language had but nothing changed. (I registered the card on my address in Greece) Another day I tried adding it to my Apple Wallet but I got an error when adding the card to their app. It got fixed by using a USA vpn which got me to the part that you click add to Apple wallet button. after tapping next to add it to my wallet, it declined again. I’m furious and haven’t found any solution online. I don’t have an American phone number which makes it difficult for me to call the customer service and stay on line (I’ve done it with WiFi calls) and when I do it I have to talk to a robot. Does anyone know ANYTHING that may help me use the card in any way (not Walmart) or just get my money back? Nothing’s working.. even when I tried to add a pin to the card I got an error. Thanks in advance.
