Do NOT BUY a Napoleon Grill EVER! I bought a fancy $1100 Napoleon Rogue XT grill with 5 burners and a side sizzle zone for steaks. Got delivered on June 7th. I’m a family of 4. Normal summer grill use. On August 1st, the steel grill bed housing broke! The side where the clamp pivots for the lid broke off from the base leaving the lid unsafe and the grill un-useable. The lid fell off the back of the grill while it was 600 degrees. I’ve been trying to make a warranty claim to fix or repair since then without success. I spent several hours waiting on hold on the Napoleon customer service phone line. Do not buy from this Company.
