Do NOT BUY a Napoleon Grill EVER! I bought a fancy $1100 Napoleon Rogue XT grill with 5 burners and a side sizzle zone for steaks. Got delivered on June 7th. I’m a family of 4. Normal summer grill use. On August 1st, the steel grill bed housing broke! The side where the clamp pivots for the lid broke off from the base leaving the lid unsafe and the grill un-useable. The lid fell off the back of the grill while it was 600 degrees. I’ve been trying to make a warranty claim to fix or repair since then without success. I spent several hours waiting on hold on the Napoleon customer service phone line. Do not buy from this Company. I’d probably lean towards the Napoleon as they seem to be more of a higher end grill Weber Spirit has always been kind of their throw away like a bic lighter but don’t get me wrong I’ve seen the Weber throw aways last 5-7 years depending on use and sorry I don’t know much about the Rogue other than it’s about an $800 grill and Napoleon does make some very good grills. Hey I am curious on what the solution was as I had issues with mine and I look after it like there is not tomorrow. Already had one free replacement from my retailer but I think the overall quality is 💩! I am in the UK but the grill is always under cover (building ) and inside the Napoleon bbq cover.
