With spring just a few months away, I wanted to share my experience with Napoleon BBQ Grills which are a high quality product that competes with Weber grills and are made in Barrie, Ontario. I have owned two Napoleon BBQs and have been impressed with the quality, durability and value in comparison to Weber grills.

Do NOT BUY a Napoleon Grill EVER! I bought a fancy $1100 Napoleon Rogue XT grill with 5 burners and a side sizzle zone for steaks. Got delivered on June 7th. I’m a family of 4. Normal summer grill use. On August 1st, the steel grill bed housing broke! The side where the clamp pivots for the lid broke off from the base leaving the lid unsafe and the grill un-useable. The lid fell off the back of the grill while it was 600 degrees. I’ve been trying to make a warranty claim to fix or repair since then without success. I spent several hours waiting on hold on the Napoleon customer service phone line. Do not buy from this Company. They do not stand by their products despite advertising a 15 year bumper to bumper warranty on the grill.
