Do NOT BUY a Napoleon Grill EVER! I bought a fancy $1100 Napoleon Rogue XT grill with 5 burners and a side sizzle zone for steaks. Got delivered on June 7th. I’m a family of 4. Normal summer grill use. On August 1st, the steel grill bed housing broke! The side where the clamp pivots for the lid broke off from the base leaving the lid unsafe and the grill un-useable. The lid fell off the back of the grill while it was 600 degrees. I’ve been trying to make a warranty claim to fix or repair since then without success. I spent several hours waiting on hold on the Napoleon customer service phone line. Do not buy from this Company. They do not stand by their products despite advertising a 15 year bumper to bumper warranty on the grill. More on reddit.com

I sent this to Napoleon. they employ more Chinese in China than Canadians in Canadian I ordered a Rogue xt 625 SIB. Thank god I had a problem with shipping. Found out it was coming from a communist country who has horrors with human rights. You are promoting this BBQ as "local"!!! Right on your website! You aren't yourselves!!!! How many employees does Wolf Steel have in China or other Communist countries? I am forwarding this to my Minister of Parliament for us to be sure we are buying Canadian and not being misled any more from a proud Canadian company. 800 employees in Canada manufacturing from Wolf Steel. Way over 5000 in China!!! Keep giving Canadian Money to them and you will be brought out to the attention of the Media!!!! Tell me what you think this is doing for Canada? The Rouge XT SIB, please look at the negative reviews that are coming from these Chinese BBQs. Broken, missing pieces, cool and hot zones, loose knobs, cheap feeling, for a BBQ that was going to cost me around $2000 bucks with tax!!!! Nope you are going to start having more of these problems if you don't start taking control of quality and don't misrepresent yourselves anymore as Canadian. You are now a Chinese Company!!!
