The lid fell off the back of the grill while it was 600 degrees. I’ve been trying to make a warranty claim to fix or repair since then without success. I spent several hours waiting on hold on the Napoleon customer service phone line. Do not buy from this Company. I have this model but not from Lowes. I love it. Mine has the side burner and I bought it from BBQGuys and the packaging says it was made in the USA. It was shipped from the Napoleon factory in Kentucky and I had to assemble it. Seems like I paid closer to $500. And I would do it again. More on reddit.com
