I’d give the hybrid a shot. I have the copper hybrid and just got it not too long ago. Yes, everyone says to not get nectar but I know a handful of people without issue. Nectar also refunded me the difference as the bed went on sale event more after I purchased. It’s worth a shot. More on reddit.com

January 27, 2023Thinking about getting Nectar premier hybrid. I’m 6’2 225 lbs and sleep on my back. Buyer beware? Any general nectar feedback is welcome
My wife and I have a Nectar classic. Picked it up in 2018 and it's still going strong. It sags a bit in the summer so we rotate it 180 about once a month. Otherwise, it will sag on my side. Me: 6' Tall @ 190 - 230lbs (Over the past 8 years) 50/50 Side & Back sleeper When I'm weighing closer to 230, I wake up with some back pain + shoulder pain + sleeping arms. 2 Stars =( When I'm weighing closer to 190, I wake up with no back/shoulder pain or sleeping limbs. 5 Stars =) I know this is an old post, but if you're 6'2" 225lbs, I would think any of the Nectar mattresses would be great for you. If your weight increases closer to 250, could be a bad night's' sleep. More on reddit.com

I was just in the same situation and returned my nectar mattress with not too much headache. I got the Nectar premier copper hybrid and it ended up being a lot harder than I expected. I tried to return it immediately and they won’t let you until day 30, to let it break in. It broke in ever so slightly but was still super hard. I finally ended up calling 3 months after ordering and set up the return. They only asked for a Birds Eye view picture of the top of the mattress and a picture of the tags and then sent someone out to pick it up a few days later. Honestly pretty simple process and got the full refund, although I do live in a very metropolitan area, so that may have helped. The material on top of the mattress does begin to pill after a month of use so take the pictures sooner than later. I’ve given up on mattress companies and am now DIYing a latex mattress. Takes a lot of research but couldn’t be happier with the results so far. More on reddit.com

Hey guys, I’ve narrowed my mattress search down to Nectar.
My wife and I currently have a generic memory foam mattress in a box from Amazon, and we’ve had it about 9 months. After 4-5 months, we had to rotate it due to a pit being formed where we lied. Now we’re feeling a out again and have decided to get a higher quality mattress instead of following the same routine again.
We like to sit up and watch TV at night, so stability to support us is a major need. I’m 6’1” about 250, she’s 5’4” about 180. We don’t necessarily have a primary way we sleep since we both move around and switch sleep positions during the night.
My question is should I go with a Nectar Original or Nectar Hybrid? We like the idea of a medium firm with the original, but also like the stronger support coils of the Hybrid.
Any input is greatly appreciated!!
