Noctua NH-U12A Chromax owners, is it really worth $129?

Can this safely cool a 12900k or a 13900k?
Did this come with the LGA 1700 bracket or do I really have to contact the manufacturer?
I'm upgrading from a Ryzen 3600 to a 5800X3D and I'm considering getting the U12A to cool it, because the Chromax version will look really nice with my black and white build, especially with the white heatsink covers. However the massive price tag is making me think twice because there are coolers that literally cost a third of the price but perform better according to benchmarks. Please convince me that the U12A will be worth it, especially since it costs half the price of the CPU itself.
I have a nzxt kraken x73 and im wondering if i should get NH-U12A the only thing was preventing me from buying the nh-d15 is how big they are but since noctua made a smaller and similar air coling to them they kinda got my interest so should i make the switch
