February 14, 2020CCM C-hole - anyone know the story/history? I just found out I’m not the only one with a jersey with this issue. Ultrafil Blackhawks jersey. Just a manufacturing issue?
It's considered a factory second. Basically, at inspection, they found a flaw in the jersey (size discrepancy, ununiformed arms, etc.). They burn a hole in the logo to indicate this, so it can't be sold for full retail price, and to not allow returns for full retail price.
I have had some that I couldn't find anything wrong with the jersey, so I had no clue why it failed inspection. The jerseys are still fine jerseys as long as there isn't something obviously wrong with the jersey.
