I personally love some of the restaurants with small square footage but serves only 1 thing on the menu, but does that 1 thing REALLY well. For example, in my home town, there is a vegan pizza that is so good that even meat lovers go there. They only have one different type of pizza daily. People literally line up for hours just to get it. Another one is boba tea (milk tea) that is done with fresh ingredients and low sugar. One of them makes their own boba (tapioca balls) in house and honestly tastes amazing compared to the plastic ones you typically find.

my time at a company Im working in right now is getting to an end. Now Im not sure if I should start looking for another job or start a business on my own.
