Tap the Night mode button that appears below the viewfinder, then use the slider above the shutter button to choose Max, which extends the capture time. When you take the photo, the slider becomes a timer that counts down to the end of the capture time. Open the Camera app.

July 12, 2019 - Have the iPhone take X shots with the camera held relatively still, send it to the model which has learned how to “reproduce” the “good” image and viola, a clean dark mode shot. The Pixel 3 currently does this using one lens, the iPhone 11 does it with multiple if I’m not mistaken to gather additional information for the network to use to create its final image.
