Once my eldest turned 9, finding clothes in her size at the usual places (Target, Amazon, etc.) was impossible because it seems everything is banded 7/8 and 10/12. A friend of mine with a teen daughter recommended Abercrombie Kids and it has proven to be a huge win for us. Jeans, leggings, dresses, sweaters, tops, etc. are all great there and fit my daughter way better than trying a 10/12 at the other places (which were always too huge on her!). So my daughter is 9 about to be 10 and I’m looking to buy her some new clothes from new brands. Shes tall and skinny and not many places have short/reg/tall or the adjustable waistband so I was happy to see this brand has that! My question is does anyone else get their kids clothes from this brand? How’s the quality? Are they worth the money? Also I noticed the pricing, do they ever have good sales?

Abercrombie Kids stuff is a real step above on quality. Their tees and jeans are worth the money. Dresses seem to be big hits. The athleisure stuff is also a huge hit with my girls.

Try some of the discount places like the shoe department, dsw, marshals, tj max. All these places carry “cool” name brands that don’t cost $100 a pair, same goes for clothing (tj max/marshalls)

I purchased the Women's Essential Oversized Sunday Sweatpant late 2023 and LOVE them. They fit me exactly how I want. I was hoping to buy more these past winter (2024) but they never came back on the site until now. They unfortunately say "jogger", which is my least favorite fit.
How similar do we think these two items are? My closest store is 3 hours away or else I would go in!

They have the “essential Sunday sweatpant” available in 4 colors but not in a “dark grey” color. I have a few pairs and think they fit pretty much the same as the oversized fit. It says the fit they have now is “relaxed” as opposed to “oversized” so I would suggest sizing up if that’s the look you’re going for. That’s what I usually do. If the color is specifically what you’re after I would think you’d be happy with the jogger as long as you sized up one size for sure but maybe two. I hope that helps.

The fit of these pants is bizarre. I excitedly bought them in every color. I always size my sweatpants up to a large, because I like to roll the waistband so I can’t feel the elastic. Got these ones in a large and they were snug on my butt, so I reluctantly reordered in an xl and they are MASSIVE. I wish they would just bring back the 60% cotton/40% poly SoftAF blend and leave well enough alone.
