I am coming to NYC in October and I wondered if there was a go-to shop for all NFL merchandise? Not just Giants/Jets, but all teams?

Why don't you just shop online at http://www.nflshop.com/ ?
Edit: If you're visiting from outside the US and can't have it shipped, then have it delivered to your place of stay while you are here. The online shop will have the largest selection of items and sizes. You're not going to find all that much outside of Jets/Giants, and perhaps some of the other more popular teams/players.

The Nike store in midtown has a wide selection of jerseys, or at least did when I was there before the NFL draft 2 years ago. Also if you're looking for a hat there are a few Lids which usually have a good variety of teams.
