Check out Belfiore Italian off 38th Ave in Wheat Ridge. They are a deli and make really great sandwiches, but they also have a section of imported Italian goods. While you’re over there, there’s also a place called Sons of Italy off 32nd Ave. I’ve never been but it looks like a more Italian American community, if you’re interested in that. More on reddit.com

I live in the Berkely area, too. I LOVE Trattoria Stella off 32nd & Lowell! Everyone has different taste but I cannot get enough of their Spaghetti Bolognese. It’s a small place and I like that, except when it’s super crowded. More on reddit.com

I've eaten at two very different Italian spots recently that were both excellent. First one is Gallo Supper Club, it's a family-owned red sauce kinda joint where their dad is in the back making everything from scratch. The ambiance isn't what you go for, it feels like it's in a strip mall, but the vibe is still immaculate. They have a bakery and coffee shop in the front, again everything is made from scratch. Second place is Point Easy, it's more upscale and has a bit more of a trendy vibe and ambiance. All their pasta is handmade and everything I tried was delicious. We sat at the bar and the service was great, we were recommended to try a few things we weren't familiar with and were not disappointed. Don't know if they're the best in Denver but I'd highly recommend both. 1000% better than Angelo's and such... More on reddit.com
