New scottsdale residents or tourists, don't make the mistake of going to restaurants like North Italia when you are here. The only thing it has to offer is ambiance and to be honest you could get a similar ambiance in almost any other italian restaurant. The food is extremely mediocre and overpriced. I think many people get the perception that just because a restaurant is in north scottsdale then it is fancy and good. North scottsdale has an abundance of land right now, any one can open a restaurant, don't fall into the tourist trap.
