Anyone have this problem?? Use bottom two unused code to redeem to try it out. I give it to ya since I have this problem and let me know if you guys work.
Hey all, just looking for some advice. Finding customer service for Microsoft / Xbox seems so confusing and I couldn’t find any answers online. Recently a family member got my son a new Xbox for Christmas, and emailed me the codes for the 2 games they had gotten him to go along with it. I followed the directions in the email, did it all on the console itself, and when I was done got a message of “successfully redeemed, to check download progress go to ‘my games and apps.’” (Or something along those lines). But the games never showed up. Tried giving it a couple days, tried redoing the redemption and it said “This code has already been redeemed.” I’m sure I’m missing something but can’t figure it out. Any help would be much appreciated
I just bought EA FC 25 Ultimate Edition on CDKeys, and received the code as usual, it’s not my first time buying from this site
But every time I try and enter the code, it says ‘Sorry, and unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later’
This has been an issue now for 17 hours, and I am still unable to get the code to work, i would like to know whether this is an ongoing issue with Xbox services, or whether it’s just with me, and if there is anything i can do about it

My friend is trying to claim a 3 month game pass core code, and when he clicks confirm, it says "Something went wrong". Could it be because of the fact he has one month of Game Pass Ultimate? If so, should we just wait until the next month to try the code again? Thank you in advance.
I used a GameStop giftcard to order my game, and had to use the confusing GameStop website rather than ordering straight from the Xbox. I could have bought an Xbox giftcard with the GameStop giftcard, but that would have cost a few dollars extra in tax. So I instead bought it on what it said was Xbox Series X|S, but when it asked me what console, the only option was series X, so I clicked, that, and I did some googling and found out that Series X games are compatible with series S. I put in the code, the game is nowhere to be found, and when I try to type it in again it says already used. I also only have one account and I am logged into it so that is not the issue
I have bought a "LEGO Marvel's Avengers (Xbox One) Xbox Live Key UNITED STATES" and "LEGO: Marvel's Avengers - Season Pass (DLC) XBOX LIVE Key UNITED STATES" from "Eneba" store. I can't redeem both of these codes, when I enter the code it just says "Not sure what happened there. Please try again later". I live in Lithuania and on my Xbox (Xbox series X) the region is United States. What is the problem to it and can I fix it?

Here's the error message if you can call it that, I get a very similar one when I try to redeem it on my Xbox too.
Normally I'd try xbox.com but been locked out of my account and since I've recently changed numbers I can't change my security number for 28 days to receive a text from Microsoft allowing me access.
Anyone know what the issue is? Been trying for 2 days now.
Just bought a 100 dollar Microsoft gift card and boy am I getting rattled over this
I would enter the code onto my Xbox and it would show the message saying ”This is what you’re getting: 100$” as it usually does
I would then press confirm and it would load for a few seconds before saying: ”Try That Again. Something happened on our end, waiting a bit might help”
Has this happened to anyone before? Will waiting a bit ACTUALLY help or did I just lose 100 Dollars. I really need to preorder red dead 2

Sorry if this isn’t tagged correctly, I’m not really sure what to put it under. So after not really touching my Xbox for a couple of years, I decided to get it out of the cupboard. One of the games I found with it was my copy of Dark Souls 3. Inside was a redeem code for a copy of Dark Souls. I tried to redeem the code online, and it said something went wrong. When I tried to redeem the code again it said the code was invalid so I thought maybe it had gone through? I don’t see the game in my games owned section on my Xbox One, and when I check the shop that version of the game says it’s not currently available.
Is there a way for me to see if I successfully redeemed the game anywhere?
